UPCOMING SEASON PREORDERS AND MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS
When you pre-order an upcoming season item or an item that is made based on your measurements, we produce the item especially for you in the correct size and color ordered by you. Therefore no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. When placing an order for upcoming season pre-orders or made to measure items, please measure your body and compare to our size chart to make sure you are pre-ordering the correct size. If you are unsure about fit, fabric or shape, please contact us before placing the pre-order and we will consult you about the matters in question. Each individual item’s production and lead time will vary and we will get in touch with you to confirm the latest shipping date for your order.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the website are in different currencies based on the region and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, as indicated in the top left hand corner of the Site.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of payment error.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price of the order. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from our shipping carrier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in the same currency as your purchase, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a.) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
b.) the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
c.) the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);
d.) You must start a return process within 21 days from the date on which you received them from sixfeetdogwear.com by clicking on the following link: Return & Exchange. Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) must be indicate clearly on the outside of the box. RGA number will be generated automatically at the end of the return process.
e.) return items must be shipped back to sixfeetdogwear.com within 21 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, sixfeetdogwear.com will exchange or refund the price of the returned purchased products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure. Please note that you can exchange the product only to the same style, but different color or size variation. One exchange per order will be deliverd free of charge. If you want to exchange a style to a different one, then we will issue you a refund and you have to place a new order for the desired product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case we will return the products to you within three (3) days in the conditions in which they were sent back to sixfeetdogwear.com. UPCOMING SEASON PREORDERS AND MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS
When you pre-order an upcoming season item or an item that is made based on your measurements, we produce the item especially for you in the correct size and color ordered by you. Therefore no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. When placing an order for upcoming season pre-orders or made to measure items, please measure your body and compare to our size chart to make sure you are pre-ordering the correct size. If you are unsure about fit, fabric or shape, please contact us before placing the pre-order and we will consult you about the matters in question. Each individual item’s production and lead time will vary and we will get in touch with you to confirm the latest shipping date for your order.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the website are in different currencies based on the region and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, as indicated in the top left hand corner of the Site.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of payment error.
However we reserve the right at any time to modify prices or discontinue the Service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price of the order. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from our shipping carrier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in the same currency as your purchase, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and sixfeetdogwear.com will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Budapest, Hungary and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the end of the checkout process. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Sixfeet insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 21 days from the date on which you received them from sixfeetdogwear.com. Return items must be shipped back to:

within 21 days from the date the package was delivered to you. If the items are returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The refund is transferred by sixfeetdogwear.com. The products may be returned by any shipping agent. The only costs at your own expense are those for return shipping. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a.) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
b.) the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
c.) the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);
d.) You must start a return process within 21 days from the date on which you received them from sixfeetdogwear.com by clicking on the following link: Return & Exchange. Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) must be indicate clearly on the outside of the box. RGA number will be generated automatically at the end of the return process.
e.) return items must be shipped back to sixfeetdogwear.com within 21 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, sixfeetdogwear.com will exchange or refund the price of the returned purchased products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure. Please note that you can exchange the product only to the same style, but different color or size variation. One exchange per order will be deliverd free of charge. If you want to exchange a style to a different one, then we will issue you a refund and you have to place a new order for the desired product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case we will return the products to you within three (3) days in the conditions in which they were sent back to sixfeetdogwear.com. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to sixfeetdogwear.com, Vendor shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.
Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES
The refund procedure will begin after checking to ensure that the customer's return is in accordance with the Return Policy. If the return meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Cash On Delivery), the refund procedure will start within 10 days from when sixfeetdogwear.com was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once sixfeetdogwear.com has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
